Shipping policy

At Ruff Land™ Performance Kennels, we strive to make shipping straightforward and cost-effective for our customers. Shipping charges are adjusted when possible to combine accessory shipments and save you money. Tracking information is sent via email upon shipping, and we recommend requesting "delivery signature required" for added security. For expedited or bulk shipping, or international orders, our team is ready to assist with personalized quotes to meet your needs.

Continental United States Shipping

We use FedEx Ground for most weight based kennel shipments, and FedEx Smartpost for most accessory shipments. We will combine shipping on accessories whenever possible; we want to save you money. Shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly. Shipping rates and times are for standard CONUS only (See below for Alaska, Hawaii & International orders). We use FedEx Smartpost for accessories as a way to help our customers save money, without losing speed in shipping. FedEx Ground will pick the package up at our facility, and deliver it to the USPS for final delivery.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Due to the increased number of thefts, we suggest requesting “delivery signature required” on shipments if you have any doubts about the packages being left outside the residence.

We will send your tracking number to the e-mail we have on file at time of shipping. Days in transit are once it leaves our facility. (See map below for a more accurate timeframe).

International Shipping

We now offer viewing in your language and costs in your country’s monetary unit.  Should you not wish to see it in that particular language you can choose to view in English and dollars by clicking on the American flag icon. If it does not display for your particular country it means we do not ship to that area. RuffLand® Performance Kennels will be collecting Taxes and Duties upon checkout.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your items by a certain day, and standard shipping will not get it there in time, please give us a call at (605) 368-9872 or email customercare@rufflandkennels.com. Please note that due to the size of our kennels, expedited shipping can run an additional $200-$300. In order to get an accurate quote, we will need to know the products you are wanting shipped, and the Zip/Postal Code to where it is going.

Bulk Shipments

If your order does not allow for a shipping method or return rates, and you are in the continental USA, your order is probably too large for our website to calculate. Please call us at (605) 368-9872 or email shipping@rufflandkennels.com to have our shipping department calculate the cheapest and best method to get your order to you.
