Review our guidelines for quick and easy returns to ensure your satisfaction with RuffLand® products.
Returns are accepted per our policy. For errors on our part, we will gladly provide the correct item or a refund.
Original shipping costs are only refundable if an oversight occurred on our part.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you received your order incorrectly or wish to request a return, please submit a return within 30 days of delivery date.
Return any item that did not end up working out for you (exclusions apply, see note below), in new condition, within 30 days of the delivery date. A credit will be issued to your account/credit card or applied to your exchange, minus shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10% of the product. After this date, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. Regular shipping charges apply to all returns. Additional oversized charges will be applied to any XL or Large-size kennels that are returned. Please see the instructions for returning merchandise listed below.
If you purchased from one of our authorized dealers and it is an issue other than manufacturer's warranty, please contact them directly for the return.
Please note that we do not permit the return or exchange of the following products:
- Special orders and/or products that are custom configured to your specifications (this includes customized vent patterns)
- Products sold “as is” or “seconds”
- Used or not “new” condition
- Any kennel altered by consumer
We offer customers to pay a small fee upfront to allow for easy returns without any additional shipping label fees. However, a 10% restocking fee still applies.
The Checkout+: Easy Returns item cannot be cancelled or refunded and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts.
Checkout+: Easy Returns cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
